Activate Strategic Functions New Graduate Program

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Activate New Graduate Development Program in Strategic Functions. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive development experience, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their chosen career path.
Program OverviewThe Activate New Graduate Development Program is a 18-30 month program that provides participants with a wide range of experiences, including rotations in various areas of Strategic Functions. Participants will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop their skills and knowledge, and build a strong network of colleagues and mentors.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in rotations in various areas of Strategic Functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Projects and Change Management, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and more
- Work on high-impact projects that align with the Bank's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement solutions to complex business problems
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Recent graduate with a college diploma, undergraduate degree, or graduate degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A comprehensive development experience that includes rotations, workshops, and mentorship
