Estimator Auditor

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of physical damage claims estimates. Your expertise in auto body repair, estimating standards, and business rules will be essential in reviewing and auditing estimates to ensure they meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audits of physical damage claim estimates to ensure compliance with MPI estimating standards, business rules, and procedures.
- Review supplements to ensure accuracy of parts and labor requested, and the quality of photos and documentation related to claim details.
- Modify and correct paid claims according to established Estimating Standards, Compliance Rules, and related MPI policies outlined in the Light Vehicle Accreditation Agreement.
- Identify estimating anomalies and report to management.
- Journeyperson Certificate (Red Seal) or Certificate of Qualification in Motor Vehicle Body Repairer, Automotive Service Technician, or Truck and Transport Mechanic.
- Seven years of bench experience in autobody repair, including one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
