Job Title: Senior Asset Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our team in North America. As a key member of our delivery team, you will lead a variety of Asset Management business transformation projects, covering consultancy, training, and Asset Management assessments for physical asset-intensive organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams and lead the delivery of consultancy projects.
  • Lead the development of Asset Management systems/frameworks and supporting elements such as Asset Management policies, Asset Management strategies (SAMPs), etc.
  • Develop Asset Management business capabilities, including associated change activities.
  • Define asset information and information governance approaches.
  • Support business architecture design, Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts, the Asset Management IT application and technology landscape, and marketplace.
  • Provide advice to clients on Asset Management standards, e.g., ISO 55001 and GFMAM Asset Management Subjects.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and relationships to identify business opportunities within existing markets.
  • Develop and submit proposals, including selecting appropriate methodologies and developing project plans.
  • Lead commercial arrangements with clients and develop appropriate invoicing schedules and tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Carry out major project reviews, including capturing client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Asset Management qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.
  • Expert knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers, e.g., asset information & asset risk.
