TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Quality Manager to join our team. As a Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality services and support for all missions assigned to your site(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Services: Ensure that all quality services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the requirements of our customers and regulatory bodies.
- Site Management: Manage and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at your site, ensuring that all site personnel are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and site personnel, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders at the site level, including site managers, inspectors, and other team members.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to inspectors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
- Health and Safety: Demonstrate commitment to reducing the risk of workplace accidents and ensure compliance with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of work experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a quality-related position.
- Skills: Proficiency in English, computer skills in Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook, and flexibility.
