Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Establish work schedules and manage employee attendance
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales floor staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
