As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training and teaching employees how to drive our company-owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting driving assessments to ensure employees meet our safety standards
* Providing instruction on Voyago divisional training programs
* Assisting with licence upgrade training for B and E class
* Participating in outside instructional training programs as required by the school division manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience with an A, B, or C class licence
* A clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
* Excellent customer service experience
* Superior organization and communication skills
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays
* Knowledge of the vehicle for hire industry
* Comfortable driving a school route in addition to your training duties
* Familiarity with wheelchair tie downs and q-straint
* A clean driver's abstract
* Previous instructional or teaching experience
* Previous Driver Assessment experience
* Willingness to attend and complete the Professional Instructor in Driver Education (PRIDE) program or equivalent
* Comfortable travelling to various Voyago locations across SouthWestern Ontario
