Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income Analyst to join our Global Rates team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Portfolio Managers with research, analysis, and security selection of sovereign and sub-sovereign credit across global fixed income strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of sovereign and sub-sovereign credit markets to identify opportunities with superior risk-return profiles.
  • Security Selection: Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to select securities for inclusion in funds, taking into account macroeconomic analysis, quantitative modeling, and fundamental analysis.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document research ideas and investment rationales, and communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Tool Maintenance: Maintain and update various analytical tools used to evaluate securities for inclusion in funds.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external research providers, stakeholders, and policy makers to inform views and promote effective dialogue across teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant fixed income markets experience, with prior experience investing in or researching sovereign credit or macroeconomic analysis a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
  • Designations: CFA designation or progress toward the charter a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of macro and international economics, sound fundamental and quantitative analysis skills, solid understanding of fixed income valuation and risk metrics, and strong communication skills.
