We are seeking a skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at Hudson Bay Kelowna. As a Makeup Artist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and techniques to provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impactful in-store events and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 to $28.15, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget.
