Executive Director of Microsoft Relations at Insight Direct UK Ltd
- Establish and nurture high-level executive relationships within Insight, its clientele, and Microsoft.
- Oversee the sales initiatives of the Microsoft division and ensure their effective management.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of the current financial performance of the Microsoft sector.
- Promote service excellence and innovate new service offerings and methodologies.
- Facilitate collaboration across various regions (NA, EMEA, APAC).
- Attract, develop, and support the Microsoft solutions team.
- Engage in client discussions to bolster the Microsoft/Insight collaboration.
- Maintain transparent communication to strengthen relationships within Insight.
- Represent Insight with professionalism and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications for Insight Direct UK Ltd:
- Significant leadership experience in professional and technical services.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities in teamwork and communication.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing corporate goals.
- In-depth understanding of IT products and services.
- Experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to inspire teams, manage multiple initiatives, and lead group discussions.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
