About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Advisor to join our team in IAM Governance. As a key player in our organization, you will provide leadership and expertise in the creation and execution of corporate standards, guidelines, and best practices in developing and deploying Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on IAM governance and compliance
  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather governance requirements and develop solutions
  • Contribute to the development of the IAM security roadmap, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Identify and assess security risks, and report on compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Participate in and ensure the smooth running of the organization's IAM internal and external audits
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology with 5+ years in the field of information security
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices
  • Sound understanding of IAM standards such as NIST SP-53 and ISO
  • One of the following certifications would be a major asset: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, GSEC, GISP
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Critical thinking
  • Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study, and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
  • No Canadian work experience required, however, must be eligible to work in Canada
