Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team at KF Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our flight operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Scheduling: Continuously audit and verify coverage of all scheduled flights, monitor VMO software to ensure accurate crew assignments, and assign reserve crew members within prescribed guidelines.
  • Flight Operations Software: Manage and build all operational flights in the system, coordinate with Fleet planning on aircraft assignments, and troubleshoot and resolve aircraft and crew-related issues.
  • Passenger Operations: Perform various operational control functions, serve as a customer/dispatch liaison, and be the operational point of contact during operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
