Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for a warehouse facility. In this role, you will oversee a team of cleaning personnel to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with onsite representatives, addressing service quality concerns promptly, and fostering a service-oriented culture
  • Develop shift schedules and assign tasks in line with contract obligations, ensuring efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with the HR department to oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and employee development, including coaching and disciplinary actions
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safe operating procedures
  • Manage the ordering of supplies, tools, and equipment, and oversee a preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment is in safe working condition
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the facility services sector in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of best practices in the cleaning industry, including cleaning processes and sustainable products
  • Proven people management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Capability to solve problems and adapt to unforeseen challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technology tools
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Police background check

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Capable of standing and/or walking for the duration of the shift
  • Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, carry, and climb stairs
  • Operate equipment as necessary
