We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and mental abilities to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
