Job Summary:
The Retail Product Specialist will collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to ensure the effective upkeep of our product displays across various retail partners. This role encompasses the ordering, receiving, and arrangement of merchandise in accordance with established schedules and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate merchandising operations in designated retail locations, focusing on inventory oversight and product arrangement.
- Ensure regular service visits while adhering to financial guidelines.
- Implement merchandising strategies and provide insights for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Assist with departmental adjustments, relocations, and new store setups as required.
Communication Skills:
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Territory Manager regarding forthcoming initiatives and in-store events.
- Foster strong relationships with account management to ensure compliance with retail standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and email systems is essential.
