Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Avelina Bercades. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Wash and polish floors, as well as clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Make beds and change sheets, and launder clothing and household linens
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Physically demanding work, with ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent oral communication and punctuality
