Job Title: Handyman/Woman

United City Cartage Ltd. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and appliances
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment
  • Supervise and assist other workers as needed
  • Advertise vacancies and show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Private sector experience
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Flexibility, initiative, and organized
Work Environment:

As a Handyman/Woman, you will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks. You will also be responsible for handling heavy loads and working in all weather conditions.
