The role involves working in a cold/refrigerated setting, primarily within:

Key Responsibilities
  • Package purchases for customers, ensuring safe shipment or delivery
  • Assist customers by carrying their purchases to their vehicles
  • Retrieve items for customers from shelves or stockrooms
  • Unpack and organize incoming stock, counting, weighing, or sorting items as necessary
  • Maintain an accurate computerized inventory
  • Record and manage incoming stock
  • Restock shelves and display areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of stock
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping
  • Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Engage in order picking activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Physical Requirements

This position requires:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks and handling of heavy loads
  • Physical demands including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
