Position Overview

As a Retail Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers at Dawson Creek Husky. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently operate the cash register and manage cash transactions.
  • Process payments via cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Accurately scan items and handle pricing inquiries.
  • Receive payments for goods and services rendered.
  • Engage in suggestive selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stock shelves as needed.
