About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Professional to join our team at Symphony Spa & Yoga. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their skin concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Delivery: Provide a range of treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services.
  • Product Recommendations: Advise clients on the best beauty products for their skin type and concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Our spa is a day spa located in a beautiful and relaxing environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are required for this role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this position.
