About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Aplin and Associates Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, using word processing software and database software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in word processing software and database software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position, working 37.5 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.

Language

The primary language of work is French.
