Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Servicer to join our team at Westside Heavy Duty Repair Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and greasing of moving parts.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues with heavy equipment, using technical knowledge and experience to determine the root cause of problems.
  • Repair and Replacement: Perform repairs and replacements of heavy equipment components, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Dusty and odorous work site environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, requiring attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
