About the Role

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a highly skilled Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability of our PepsiCo Beverages portfolio at large format customers, specifically Costco.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the innovation hopper and annual planning process for the Costco business.
  2. Lead cross-functional team meetings to commercialize new innovation and drive results.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to gather feedback and approval on key innovation during the commercialization process.
  4. Develop and present key actions for growth meetings with the Costco customer and buyer.
  5. Work closely with the brand team to develop a long-term plan to drive growth at our biggest large format customers.
  6. Support critical internal alignment meetings, including RSLT, AFG, and retail AOP.
  7. Lead the large format, club, and e-commerce business review.
  8. Collaborate with the LF shopper marketing team to deliver full-year calendar plans.
  9. Work with the consumer insights team to better understand the shopper and key drivers of purchase.
  10. Develop and lead the e-commerce growth and development plan in collaboration with the key account management team.
Requirements
  1. Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing.
  2. 3-5 years of working experience.
  3. Strong project management skills.
  4. Knowledge of PBC business, Go to Market (GTM), systems, and processes preferred.
  5. Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence in a customer/sales environment.
  6. Demonstrated leadership capability within a cross-functional environment.
  7. Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships.
  8. High level of professional maturity – ability to collaborate with external customer teams.
  9. Strong analytical skills.
  10. Knowledge of e-commerce landscape is an asset.
