Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive management to execute policy modifications and updates for regulatory compliance
  • Maintain awareness of labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Enhance benefits offerings while controlling expenses
  • Work alongside Legal Operations for onboarding, employee relations, and additional functions
  • Oversee HR systems and establish people-related metrics
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to human resources
  • Lead the Human Resources Operations team and facilitate their professional development
  • Streamline and document processes for scalability
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs
  • Concentrate on empowering the team for optimal performance

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in human resources within a Canadian organization
  • Proven experience in managing Human Resources Operations teams
  • Experience with front-line workforce management and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
  • Expertise in HRIS configuration and integrations
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Capacity to manage confidential information with care
