We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bulkley Valley District Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Current Level C CPR certification
- One year of recent experience in an acute care setting, with a significant labour and delivery component
