Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Swamper to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc. As a Swamper, you will be responsible for transporting tools and equipment on push or hand cars, checking freight cars for physical damage and cleanliness, and assisting trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Transport tools and equipment on push or hand cars, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
  • Freight Inspection: Check freight cars for physical damage and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Warehouse Labour: Perform labouring duties in warehouses, including loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
