We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations at City South Pizza. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales growth, improve market share, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of retail managers, supervisors, and sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Financial Management: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and meet business objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional shopping experiences and drives customer loyalty.
  • Change Management: Lead and implement change initiatives to improve business processes, systems, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound business decisions.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
