Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed annual sales targets by providing personalized beauty and fragrance consultations to clients.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their beauty and fragrance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Retail Environment: Ensure that the retail counter area and products are clean, well-organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Stay current on product knowledge, including new launches and trends, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Prestige Beauty Sales Experience: Proven experience in prestige beauty sales, with a strong understanding of luxury beauty and fragrance products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
