About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at TCM Conseils. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Security: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
