About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Beaumont, AB. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and educate clients on insurance products, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge and underwriting principles.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, delivering superior customer service that promotes client retention.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow in their careers.
  • Manage more complex insurance cases, working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Insurance broker license Level 2 and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
