Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by leading Alo's initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • Provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment for customers, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and highlighting growth opportunities
  • Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives to ensure effective sales floor coverage
  • Stay up-to-date on store goals, company communication, and new product launches, educating guests and staff on our product, community, and culture
  • Resolve client needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment excellence
  • Execute front and back-of-house procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
  • Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity, and building trusting relationships

The Company's Associate base pay ranges from $17.75 - $18.65 CAD/hour in Vancouver, BC. Please note that Associates are eligible to participate in the Company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range.
