Sales Associate

Rashad Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
- Provide advice about merchandise and promote products
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Assist in display of merchandise and prepare merchandise for purchase
- Provide customer service and greet customers
- Recruit and support newcomers and refugees
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
- Recruit and support Veterans and other candidates with military experience
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
- Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination and discrimination against visible minorities
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
