Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Proactive Supply Chain Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from point of origin to point of consumption. This includes coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
