Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at A & B Mini Mart Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Weigh produce and bulk foods, and restock shelves as needed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean store, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
