About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at T. HAMILTON & SON ROOFING INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
  • Install sheet metal flashings.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Specialist, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, often at heights. You must be comfortable with physical labor and able to lift heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is not required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Permanent work arrangement.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30-44 hours per week.
