Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members. This includes greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and staff members in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office.
