About the Role:

As a Retail Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and showcase our latest devices and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Promote and sell Freedom Mobile products and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product demos, device support, and general inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
