Production Associate Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in St. Davids, Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality food products.

Responsibilities
  • Load unwrapped, primary packaged, and secondary packaged products into designated packaging areas.
  • Build pallets according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate counting and quality control throughout the process.
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report any non-compliance issues to your supervisor promptly.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Comply with all SunOpta Quality and food safety standards, including HACCP, Organic, GFCO, SQF, and Kosher certifications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
Additional Considerations

This role requires the ability to stand/walk for extended periods. You must be available to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Reliable transportation is essential as the location is not accessible by public transit.
