We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chicken649 Restaurant Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Certifications and Compliance: Maintain certifications such as Safe Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
