Job Summary:

Mastech Digital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Expeditor - Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and Coordination: Develop and maintain a clear and organized tracking system for all orders and deliveries to ensure timely supply chain operations.
  • Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials to various departments or field locations, ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of critical materials, and alerting relevant departments of potential shortages.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Collaborate with procurement teams to expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between suppliers, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any issues.
