Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 7886705 CANADA CORPORATION. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers at the food service counter, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the food service counter, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain a well-stocked food service counter.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive motion.
