Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
- Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
- Authorize payment transactions and manage financial operations.
- Oversee inventory management and order merchandise as needed.
- Handle merchandise returns and customer inquiries.
- Engage in selling activities and promote products.
- Compile and present reports on sales performance and staffing matters.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
