About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. as a key member of our industrial and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of industrial and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Operate aerial lifts and aerial work platforms, and maintain certification in this area.
  • Participate in Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training programs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, performing physically demanding tasks and repetitive duties.
  • Use personal tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Valid certification in aerial lift and aerial work platform operation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
