Job Summary:

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and orderly receipt of vehicles at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the receipt of vehicles and park them in a safe and organized manner.
  • Compare serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Record any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Assign stock control numbers to vehicles and catalog and store keys.
  • Re-park vehicles after sales to maximize space and maintain a clean lot.
  • Run errands for the dealership, including picking up parts or customers.
  • Clean vehicle exteriors and interiors, including wheels, tires, and engine compartments.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks, including antennas, under the hood, and inside the vehicle.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid G Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (considered an asset).
  • Comfortable working outdoors.
