Laborer/Commercial Driver

At Congruex, we are seeking a skilled Laborer/Commercial Driver to join our team. As a Laborer/Commercial Driver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining construction equipment, preparing construction sites, and loading/unloading materials.
Job Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain construction equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload materials, including heavy equipment and supplies.
- Assist equipment operators and other skilled labor as needed.
- Perform site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Travel to and from job sites, loading and unloading materials as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A driver's license.
- Experience in telecommunications or underground utilities industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to travel to wherever the job is needed.
- Must be able to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing 40 to 90 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement.
- Must be able to operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while performing work.
