Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Coordinate with contractors for extensive repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Fix appliances and carry out safety inspections
  • Support other team members as required
  • Ensure optimal functioning of systems and equipment
  • Maintain and repair irrigation systems
  • Replace components for refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
