In collaboration with the Operations Manager, the Logistics Operations Supervisor will support the Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) leadership team in overseeing warehouse functions, which encompass inventory oversight, fleet coordination, safety protocols, and daily operational tasks aimed at achieving excellence in operations.
Role ResponsibilitiesOPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Facilitate the receipt of shipments and guarantee the appropriate rotation of products within the warehouse.
Assist the Operations Manager in conducting daily inventory checks to ensure precise counting and tracking of stock both on delivery vehicles and within the warehouse.
Supervise operational processes during the absence of the Operations Manager and serve as a secondary point of contact for warehouse access and security matters.
Administer the rotation of products in accordance with the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while addressing the needs of Account Managers and customers.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for regular maintenance, and conduct weekly inspections to report on fleet conditions.
Evaluate the cleanliness and overall state of the warehouse facilities.
Ensure that the nightly loading procedures adhere to established company policies.
Assist in the cleaning, repackaging, and reintegration of repackaged products into circulation, maintaining RBCD's quality standards.
SAFETY CULTURE
Foster a safety-oriented environment by educating team members on safety protocols and expectations, as well as the safe operation of equipment through both online and in-person training sessions.
Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding safety compliance issues and necessary preventative measures.
Adhere to all reporting procedures for accidents and injuries, including documentation in the Incident Management System.
Assess working conditions to ensure compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.
Required QualificationsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Capability to lift and transport inventory and/or promotional displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
Proficiency in English.
Additional InsightsThe expected salary range for this position is $63,023 to $69,657. The actual salary may vary based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. At Red Bull, base pay is just one component of the overall compensation package. The successful candidate may also qualify for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, in line with the Company's incentive plan. Please note that the base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
