Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

At Imperial Hospitality Consulting, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Travel Operations: Ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation services.
  • Lead a Team of Travel Clerks: Provide guidance, training, and support to our travel clerks to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage Travel Documentation: Oversee the preparation and processing of travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
  • Monitor and Control Travel Expenses: Ensure that all travel expenses are accurately recorded and reported, and that our company's travel budget is managed effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Travel Policies: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement travel policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a travel or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
