Join WSP Canada's Remediation Team

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Environmental Scientist to join our Remediation team in Edmonton or Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and conducting field work related to monitoring, investigating, remediating, and reclaiming contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbons, salts, and metals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and conduct field work, including soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediment investigations, monitoring programs, and site remediation.
  • Prepare technical reports for review by senior staff.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Prepare proposals, including work scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Environmental Sciences or related.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of field notes.
  • Valid driver's license.
