About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team at Lugano Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Help with food presentation, including plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
