Job Summary

As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Make decisions that directly impact the success of your store.
  • Develop and empower your Team Members to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
